BJ Network Consulting Australia is committed to transparent and fair fees. Course fees vary depending on the qualification, funding eligibility, and delivery method.  The Student tuition fees are indicative only and are subject to change given individual circumstances at enrolment. You can view course-specific fees on the table above, or contact us directly for a quote.

Concessions may apply.

Fee Relief Options may apply (Fee Instalments/Fee Exemption). 

Concession Fees:
Students eligible for concession may pay a reduced tuition fee (typically 50% of the standard tuition fee). Evidence of eligibility is required.

Fee Caps:
Under WA Government policy, the maximum course fee payable in 2026 is:

  • $1,200 per year (non-concession)
  • $400 per year (concession)

Important:
Fees are indicative only and are subject to change. The final fee will be confirmed upon enrolment. In accordance with WA VET Fees and Charges Policy, eligibility criteria apply.

Payment of fees and charges

 

Enrolment is not complete until statutory and RTO based fees and charges are paid, deferred payment arrangements have been made or fees and charges have been waived. 

Irrespective of payment option, details of all student enrolments must be retained for audit purposes. 

Payment options
 

On enrolment, students will take up one of the following payment options: 

a. Pay the full amount of fees and charges; 

b. Present a signed authority from an employer to invoice that employer for the student’s fees and charges; 

c. Pay the fee by instalment

Funding Options

Eligible students may access subsidized training through:

  • Jobs and Skills WA

  • Aboriginal or regional support initiatives

  • School-based or youth pathway programs (e.g. through WYAC)

Additional Costs

Some courses may involve extra costs for uniforms, materials, or industry licences. These will be clearly outlined in your pre-enrolment information.

Refund Policy

Refunds for funded training are administered in accordance with the WA VET Fees and Charges Policy.

  • Students who withdraw prior to course commencement are entitled to a full refund of all fees paid.
  • Students who withdraw after commencement may be eligible for a pro-rata refund of unused tuition fees.
  • Refunds will be calculated based on the units not yet commenced.
  • In cases of compassionate or compelling circumstances, a full or partial refund may be granted.
  • If the RTO cancels the course, a full refund will be provided.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
