Contract Trainer Responsibilities
Depending on the nature of the contract, trainers and facilitators may be responsible for:
- •Identifying client needs through analysing existing information or through meetings, surveys etc
- •Negotiating training outcomes
- •Consulting with clients to determine training needs
- •Designing training programs
- •Developing course materials
- •Coordinating group exercises
- •Managing training through our moodle
- •Arranging for photocopying training materials
- •Evaluating training outcomes
- •Calculating clients return on investment
- •Researching and providing expertise on learning and development practices
