Certificate II in Hospitality SIT20316

This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent in skilled operations with the need to apply discretion and judgment. Work would be undertaken in various hospitality settings, such as restaurants, hotels, motels, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops. Individuals may have some responsibility for others and provide technical advice and support to a team.

How long will it take to complete the course?

Usually participants take 9-12 months to complete the Certificate II in Hospitality SIT20316 qualification.  The program can be completed sooner depending on experience and recognition of prior learning.

How will I be assessed?

As the program is competency based, competency is achieved through providing evidence of competency. You will be assessed against the performance criteria of each of the Units of Competence.

After achieving this qualification candidates may complete a Certificate III in Hospitality BSB30316.

 

Fees will depend on any recognition of prior learning, government support/subsidies etc. This information be discussed at initial interview and made clear to client at time of enrolment.
