Entry Requirements & Fees

There are no entry requirements for this qualification.


Preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include:

Certificate II and III in Cleaning Operations CPP20616 & CPP30316 or other relevant qualification/s


OR with vocational experience assisting in a range of roles without a formal qualification.


After achieving this qualification candidates may complete a Diploma qualification or higher.


Fees will depend on any recognition of prior learning, government support/subsidies etc. This information be discussed at initial interview and made clear to client at time of enrolment.

To achieve this qualification competency must be demonstrated in 14 units, 7 core units and a total of 7 electives,

  • all 7 units may be chosen from the elective units listed below
  • up to 3 units may be chosen from Certificate IV qualifications in BSB Business Services Training Package
  • up to 3 units may be chosen from other Certificate IV or Diploma qualifications in CPP or another current Training Package or accredited course, provided they do not duplicate the outcome of another unit chosen for the qualification.
