The Certificate II in Transport and Logistics (Warehousing and Storage) will help you develop skills in areas such as load and stock handling, customer service, team work, quality, safety, communication, understanding workplace documents and calculations and records management. This is an excellent starting point if you have little or no experience in the Transport and Logistics industries. Students must complete Certificate I before entering into the Certificate II level.

Preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include:
Certificate III in Warehousing or other relevant qualification/s
OR with vocational experience assisting in a range of support roles without a formal warehouse qualification.
After achieving this qualification candidates may complete a Certificate IV or higher qualification.
Fees will depend on any recognition of prior learning, government support/subsidies etc. This information be discussed at initial interview and made clear to client at time of enrolment.
